  • Please include in the notes section: the full name of the person the voucher is for and please include the ***address to which you would like the voucher posted***. Shipping is domestic UK only. Vouchers are posted twice a week.

  • Gift vouchers are valid 1 year from the date of purchase, after this time you can no longer redeem them in store against any goods or services.

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the intended recipient unless previously agreed upon in writing by Forest Piercing.

  • If you have not received your voucher in 7 working days, please contact us and we will cancel the original and issue a replacement.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

  • You will not be issued a refund if you are not of age and have not reviewed our age requirements.

  • You still require a valid debit or credit card to book an appointment though this will not be charged in advance and you may still pay with your voucher on the day.
